Gary Fish
Serial entrepreneur, investor, and a pioneer in Cybersecurity. Gary is currently the Chairman and CEO of Secure Passage, a company acquired in 2015. Gary was previously founder and CEO of Fishtech Group, a Cybersecurity company he founded in 2015 and sold to PE firm Apax in 2021. Prior to Fishtech Group Gary had previously founded, operated, and sold FishNet Security, the first Cybersecurity security integrator in the world to reach over 700mm in annual revenues. FishNet ultimately grew to ~800mm in annual revenues before it was sold to private equity group Blackstone in 2014. Gary had also founded FireMon, the first security software firm to address automated security device management that was sold to Insight Partners in 2014. Since 1996, Gary has founded, acquired, and sold more than a dozen technology companies.
Throughout his career, Gary has been recognized many times for his achievements in business and technology; to name a few he was named a technology entrepreneur of the year by Ernst and Young, a Security Super Star by CRN, a Kansas City Top 100 Business Leader for four years running, a Distinguished Alumni by DeVry University, Henry W. Bloch School of Management Entrepreneur of the Year, and was inducted into the Kansas City Business Hall of Fame.
Besides having a strong business acumen, Gary has also been known for philanthropic work, along with his wife Ann, particularly in causes supporting children and animals. Gary graduated from DeVry University and served in the United States Army National Guard.
